Common workout injuries


Injuries during workout is common problem these days , injury can happen to anyone no matter how experienced you are . just lack of attention and here you are facing the pain and treatment.


But you can reduce the fear of injury by taking regular precautions during workout.


Common injuries are 

  •            muscle pull and strain
  •           sprained ankles
  •           shoulder injury
  •           knee injurie
  •           shin splint 
  •           tendinitis
  •           wrist sprain or dislocation

There are simple steps that can keep you injury free during workout
Warm up 

Before every training or workout a nice body warm up is necessary , it helps your body get ready for the exercise with warming up of the body heart rate increases and muscles and joints expand 

warm up methods can include
  • riding exercise bike 
  • jumping rope
  • jogging or running for 5 to 10 minutes 

Stretch
After warm up stretching helps to expand and pump body muscles . stretching also help increasing flexibility.
Be slow
On the first day of workout do not do a long and hard workout just do little and increase your time in training day by day
Cross train

Do not do the same training training everyday and do not work on same muscle , keep varying your workout for different body parts . Doing workout in steps and sets is much helping and easy.
